Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. We offer the following shipping options:
- UK Standard Delivery: £1.99 (Free on orders over £30)
- Europe Standard: £3.75
- International Standard: £6.5
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times from dispatch date:
- UK Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days
- UK Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- Rest of World: 10-21 business days
Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary during peak periods. Delivery times do not include processing time.
International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
We ship using DHL and Royal Mail services with tracking numbers for all orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.
